CGM

In partnership with CGM, an integration has been developed for the registration kiosk. After patients check in at the kiosk, their arrival is automatically recorded in the CGM HUISARTS appointment diary. This is immediately visible to the GP and the assistant.

Patients benefit from maximum privacy, as they no longer need to state their name and date of birth aloud. They can also take a seat in the waiting room sooner, without queuing at reception.

The assistant enjoys a calmer reception area and is relieved of routine administrative work, because check-ins are processed automatically in CGM HUISARTS.

The GP has a real-time overview of which patients are present and can plan their work more efficiently.
