Optimise the arrival of patients with appointments via the Wachtkamerschermen® registration kiosk, which is directly linked to your Doctena calendar.

When a patient arrives at the practice, they can check in via the kiosk. After successful check-in, the patient is automatically marked as “present” in Doctena. This saves your practice assistant/receptionist administrative work, as it no longer has to be done manually.

Everything is clear to the patient: their presence is registered and the registration kiosk shows them where to sit in the waiting room.
